These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LearnHexa application, website, and related services ("Service") provided by SoftHexaTech ("we", "us", "our"). By using LearnHexa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use LearnHexa. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Description of Service

LearnHexa provides AI-assisted learning and career tools, including but not limited to:

  • Skill mapping and gap analysis
  • AI-generated assessments and quizzes
  • Career Coach conversations
  • Resume analysis and resume generation
  • Gamification (XP, badges, streaks)
  • Course discovery and learning progress tracking
  • Optional subscription or credit-based access to premium features

Features may change, be added, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Credits, Usage Limits & Subscriptions

  • Some AI features consume credits or are subject to daily usage limits.
  • Free credits, ad rewards, and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
  • Paid plans, when available, are billed according to the plan selected at purchase.
  • Refunds are handled according to applicable app store policies and Indian consumer law, unless otherwise stated at purchase.
  • Abuse of the credit system, automation, or attempts to bypass limits may result in account suspension.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

LearnHexa uses artificial intelligence to generate assessments, coaching responses, resume suggestions, and other content. AI output is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not professional legal, financial, medical, or employment advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any AI-generated content before relying on it for job applications, interviews, or career decisions.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. resume text, notes, messages). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service, including sending it to AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
  • Contains malware, spam, or malicious code
  • Violates the privacy of others

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or models
  • Use bots or scripts to abuse AI features or credit systems
  • Impersonate others or create fraudulent accounts
  • Interfere with the security or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

8. Third-Party Services & Links

LearnHexa may link to third-party courses, platforms, or payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, pricing, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The LearnHexa name, logo, app design, software, and original content are owned by SoftHexaTech or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using LearnHexa at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC PURPOSE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOFTHEXATECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR INR 1,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoftHexaTech from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of LearnHexa after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
